Story: A kitten was seen in a 2-m deep monsoon drain on the 5th of February 2007. A nearby resident called the SPCA who took him out of the drain and back to the SPCA. On the 6th, Carol heard the story from the resident and quicky called upon Vincent to “bail” the kitten out of the SPCA where his life was hanging on a decision that afternoon whether he would be euthanised or not.
